Jealousy and selfish ambition is part of the human experience. We all must admit that we have it. Will you invite Jesus Christ to order it? Then we can be like a child in his arms, able to enjoy life with freedom, joy, and peace.

Jesus and his disciples did not wash their hands before eating and the Pharisees and Scribes ridiculed him for it. Jesus says that it is the things that come from within the human heart that defiles not from the outside. He is talking really about sin which defiles the soul and which God's commandments are about.
